The Adecco Group is the world’s leading provider of HR solutions. Within 11 years Adecco grew up to the size of approx. 80 internal FTEs and over 2.000 temporary FTEs assigned to its local clients.

In 2013 and 2014 the former entities located in Slovakia have been transformed to the final structure of 3 independent entities: Adecco Slovakia, Adecco Business Solutions and Ajilon Slovakia, with exactly diversified scopes of services provided to local clients. This transformation process lead to the internal need of implementing the first own Quality Management System (QMS) certified by ISO 9001:2008. In order to reach this goal within a relatively short time frame without any potential negative impact on the service delivery Adecco needed a capable process-focused professional able to lead this project both conceptionally and operationally to successfull end.




My role within the scope of this project     in 2013 – 2014 was to manage the QMS project in the full extent. This included the following: design and implementation of the QMS, leading the QMS team, ownership of the wide range of internal HR, QMS and system processes, and, accepting a role of an internal auditor.  In a short time frame of 8 active months (10/2013 – 05/2014) I successfully closed this project as a project lead and process owner of HR, QMS and system processes. Under my management ADECCO successfully met all criteria and passed the certification audit in order to reach the ISO 9001:2008 Certificate with excellent results. The implemented QMS and my innovative approach was considered and valued as a unique way to reach outstanding results in terms of understanding of the roots and core of process management, creation of an easy-to-handle and user-friendly system fully meeting the company needs, finally transformed to a simple, transparent and clearly structured system understandable by all users (both internal and external).

The ADECCO QMS was considered as the best QMS ever implemented in Slovakia up-till 05/2014 in service industry with highly innovative approach and outstanding result in a practical daily life of the company. ISO 9001:2008 Certificate, as a guarantee of the top quality service level, saved the Adecco business in Slovakia for the next 3 years – till 06/2017. Our cooperation continues in the frame of a project lead and a QMS Representative. As a consequence to this excellent feedback I decided to pass the certification of IRCA QMS auditor / Lead Auditor in summer 2014.
